Conditions of Use
Contract
When buying goods over the internet you are entering a
legally binding contract. This contract shall be deemed to have been made in
England and the law
applicable to it is the Law of England and Wales.
Products
Colours of goods may vary slightly from that
shown on the website due to limitations of browser software and monitors.
Prices
All advertised/ advised/ published pricing is
subject to change at any time without notice due to market/currency fluctuations
and other factors.
Postage & Packaging
P&P rates are based on the weight of
your order. The price will be automatically generated at the checkout stage.
International Orders
We ship to all international
countries. International postage and packaging rates are also based on weight
and are sent via Royal Mail Air Mail. Any customs or import duties are levied
once the package reaches its destination country. Additional charges for customs
clearance must be borne by the recipient. We have no control over these charges
and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country
to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further
information.
Payment
You can use your credit/debit card to pay for
your order via Paypal.
Despatch
We aim to despatch all in-stock items within 1
working day. ("Working day" is considered to be Monday to Friday, excluding
holidays or any other day on which we are closed.). If an item is out of stock
we will inform you within one working day. Availability dates mentioned on the
website are estimated and we aim to stock all items in the timescales stated but
no absolute guarantee can be given of this or any other delivery times.
Privacy
Policy
All confidential information, including credit card details, are held
securely and only transmitted in encrypted form. Customer details are not passed
to third parties and are used only in accordance with the Data Protection Act.
Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase,
please contact us for a returns authorisation code. Once your code has been
received simply return the item(s) to us in their original condition within 14
days of receipt. (Note: when trying on items of clothing, please ensure that you
are not wearing perfume / aftershave or a deodorant which may leave a scent or
marks on the item. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where
there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. The item must
be returned in its original packaging with any enclosed documentation). We will
then issue a full refund, or exchange the item for a different size / colour if
preferred. Please note, the original postage charge will not be refunded. The
item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we
recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for
the value of the goods and via a traceable means. If a discount was applied to
your original order, the amount refunded will be adjusted to allow for the
revised order value and appropriate discount level.
